Taylor Swift made an appearance today on daytime talk show ‘The View’ and the country superstar talked about the Kanye West incident (Click here for all the links to the unfortunate events) from Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. The singer (who happens to be the first country star to ever win a VMA) gave the ladies of the show (including Kate Gosselin as fill in host) the rundown of her thoughts as she won the award:

“Wow, I can’t believe I won… This is awesome… Don’t trip and fall… I’m gonna get to thank the fans, this is so cool… Oh, Kanye West is here…Cool haircut. What are you doing there? And then ouch. And then, I guess I’m not going to get to thank the fans.”

At the time of the show, Swift said West had not reached out to her to apologize however, since this aired this morning around the country, TMZ.com is reporting that West has finally done the right thing and called her to offer his apology for his rude treatment of the young star.

Actress/singer Miley Cyrus kicked off her much-anticipated “Wonder World” tour with an amazing fantastic show in Portland, Oregon on Monday (September 14). There were a lot of dancers and wardrobe changes for Miley, who totally rocked the stage in her first big night.

Miley tweeted, “Opening night here in Portland. Listening to Metro Station from backstage. First shows are always the best/worst. Best because all excitement & anxiety is released on to stage for the first time. Worst because wardrobe changes don’t always go as planned. Thank you and good night Portland.”

Miley’s brother Trace Cyrus’ band Metrostation is the opening act for the “Wonder World” tour. Must be awesome to have your older brother working for you! That’s how Miley rolls!!!

The actor who is currently filming Eclipse in Vancouver, tells the mag about how comfortable he is in front of the camera now and that he loves to work out. Nicholas Jerry Jonas aka Nick Jonas is 17 years old today (September 16). He was born in Dallas, Texas (September 16, 1992), the son of Denise, a former sign language teacher and singer, and Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr., a songwriter, musician and former ordained minister at a Pentecostal Assemblies of God church.

Nick is a member of the famous boy band, The Jonas Brothers, along with his brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas, and the star of Disney’s hit series JONAS. Leave Nick a message in the comments below!

I’m sure everybody knows what rapper Kanye West did to our girl Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards (details, photos, videos and links here). Kanye tried to apologize (watch Taylor on “The View”) but the damage has already been done.

Now imagine if Kanye interrupted our Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) to say True Blood has the best, sexiest vampires… JACKASS!!

After a spectacular performance of “Fly On The Wall” at the “Wonder World” tour opening night (lots of photos here), Miley Cyrus and her dancers rocked out to Thriller in a small tribute to the late King Of Pop, Michael Jackson.

Filming a scene for Gossip Girl in New York City, actress Taylor Momsen is dressed less like her character, Jenny and more like the way she dresses for her band The Pretty Reckless. The fishnets and the biker jacket are very punk inspired and seem right at home on Momsen when she’s on stage. Although the red leather bag is totally Jenny. What do you think?

Triwizard Tournament Dragon Challenges, Flight of the Hippogriff, Olivander’s Wand Shoppe, Quidditch gear and butterbeer from Hogsmead village - that and more will be new at Universal Studios Orlando adventure park opening in the spring of 2010. The Florida theme park will present The Wizarding World of Harry Potter as part of it’s Island of Adventure property and visitors will be allowed to tour Hogwarts, have fun on different roller coaster rides and purchase Harry Potter themed items based on author JK Rowling’s imaginative tale.

The estimated cost? $265 million dollars. Hogwarts Castle and Hogsmead Village will be recreated for fans and there will three rides central to the part. One ride is still super secret - “a high-tech experience inside the castle called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey that involves the likenesses of the heroes from the films.”

In between filming the final two installments of the Harry Potter movies, Tom Felton has peeked at the upcoming park. The Draco Malfoy actor told the NY Times how he felt about the future home of Hogwarts:

“We always say on set, ‘If this place was real, it would be absolutely fantastic,’ ” he said in a telephone interview. “To actually walk into this world and be able to touch it and taste it and smell it — well, it’s just going to be fantastic.”

Now fans worldwide will be able to interact with the beloved characters, long after the films have come and gone in theaters.

Who rocked the silver dress: Leighton Meester or Miranda Cosgrove (photos)!?! In my opinion, they both looked amazing in their different styles… besides Miranda is still a teenager and Leighton’s dress is short and too sexy for a 16 year-old.

Country teen sensation Taylor Swift did not only look absolutely gorgeous but she won her first moonman for Best Female Video for “You Belong With Me” (watch video) at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) held at the Radio City Music Hall in NYC on Sunday (September 13).

As you must have heard, Taylor was abruptly interrupted during her acceptance speech by rapper Kanye West, who disrespectfully expressed his opinion that Beyonce’s video was the best (watch video here). Beyonce, who was clearly embarrassed and is a classy lady, gave Taylor her moment later on the show when accepting the Best Video of The Year award (watch video here).
